The following terms and conditions would broadly and specifically set the conditions, nature of agreements, responsibilities and expectations from both Career Builders Direct and you our esteemed clients. By agreeing to these set of terms and conditions we are both (Career Builders Direct and clients) agreeing to abide by these rules that will regulate our relationship and respective responsibilities.

1 The main objective of this service is to secure admission(s) for discerning candidates to agreed universities, college and educational institutions abroad. Thus Career Builders Direct is obliged to secure international admissions to the candidate and ensure that the candidate is properly packaged and prepared to their respective visa interviews to optimize their chances of getting a visa.

2 For undergraduate candidates; once the programs and schools for intending candidates are agreed the candidate is obliged to pay 50% of the agreed sum of money initially, and the balance to be paid once the client might have been granted a visa. This general rule can only be altered with the express consent of the M.D of Career builders educational co.

3 For graduate candidates; once the programs and schools for intending candidates are agreed the candidate is obliged to pay 50% of the agreed sum of money initially , and any other attached expenses with the balance to be paid once the client might have been granted a visa. This general rule can only be altered with the express consent of the M.D of Career builders educational Co.

4 The clients should note that paying the fees and other agreed sums when due, makes international admission and visa processing done professionally and conveniently for both parties (Career Builders Direct and client).Therefore when the clients are unable to comply to comply with the specified schedule of payment it will negatively affect the proper handling of admission process, in such a scenario the responsibility and liabilities for any shortcoming in the admission and visa processing will lie with the client.

5 Clients should take their time in making up their mind with regard the processing of their international admissions and visa processing because once this contract is signed and active work has commenced on such process, no refund will be made available if the clients claim to change his/her mind.

6 Client is RESPONSIBLE FOR VISA FEE and SEVIS FEE when due.

7 It is compulsory that the student attends or meet 80% of the visa orientation class to allow for better chance of getting the visa. In the event of not meeting this requirement, Career Builders Direct has the right to defer the admission or shall not be responsible for any further expenses of later term.

8 The company Career Builders Direct will see to it that at least one or two international admissions are secured for each client candidates, we will owe our clients the obligation that their admissions are secured.

9 Once contract has been signed no refund can be made.
